Abstract:
There just had to be a way to fully utilise all the previous lessons learned from global structural collapse incidents and focus them in a special way that allowed the emergency manager(s) to be: a) One step ahead of events and b) be able to focus unhindered on the internal task of the rescue effort and c) be aware of any opportunities that may be possible if they were detected early enough and equally be set as definitive, clear objectives that could be practically applied. Hence, after years of research, the Executive Command Level Analytical Bridge Management system was conceived. This new methodology comprehensively prepared for the consequences of External Bearing Pressures being placed upon an Incident Commander at a protracted structural collapse operation. These by their very nature cause Internal Bearing Pressures to increase and operational efficiency to decrease.
