December 20, 2011 - The Emergency Information Infrastructure Partnership (EIIP) is pleased to announce the following new member to serve on the EIIP Board of Directors for the next two years:

• John B. Copenhaver, President and CEO, Contingency Management Group, is an advisor to the Business Continuity Institute and former Region 4 Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Mr. Copenhaver joins current Board Members, Bruce Binder, Elysa Jones, Havidán Rodríguez, Christopher Saeger, Pascal Schuback, John Scott, Ellis Stanley, and Dan Summers. EIIP President Avagene Moore noted, "The EIIP continues to be successful after 14 years of providing educational opportunities for the emergency management community. Our success is due to a need in the field plus the expertise and guidance provided by our Board of Directors. The EIIP looks forward to another year of work on behalf of emergency management stakeholders at all levels."
